This valve is mainly suitable for urban gas pipe network transmission and cut-off medium, can be buried underground, directly connected with PE pipe, no need for steel-plastic conversion joint transition, reduce project cost. Only a small valve chamber is built on the valve cover, which can be fully operated and maintained on the ground. The sealing performance is good, the flow resistance coefficient is small, and the operation and maintenance are convenient. Long service life, it is the ideal supporting product of natural gas, city gas, liquefied gas and other pipelines.
Connect to PE pipe
The two ends of the valve are PE pipes, using the principle of steel-plastic conversion joint, and the valve is integrated, so that the PE pipe is directly connected with the electric melt sleeve, which is simple and convenient, and greatly reduces the cost of steel valve using steel-plastic conversion joint.
Middle connection (body cap connection)
The central connecting bolt adopts countersunk hole design to ensure that the bolt has no leakage and improve the anti-corrosion performance of the valve.
Seal reliability
(1) Valve body, valve cover. Ram and other pressure parts are steel materials, will not be deformed due to the length of time and temperature changes, so that the seal is reliable, and there will be no phenomenon that can not be opened or closed.
(2) The floating structure behind the seat has a rubber seal ring or spring preload force, even under very low pressure the valve can be sealed.
(3) The sealing surface of the seat is inlaid with RPTFE, with soft and hard double sealing. The parallel gate is always in line with the sealing surface of the seat during the switching process, which can remove the stolen goods on the gate and make the sealing more reliable.
(4) When the valve is fully opened or fully closed, the sealing surface of the valve seat is not washed by the medium, which effectively protects the sealing surface.
Double isolation function
When the valve is closed, both sides are sealed, the left and right media are completely separated to achieve seal, and there is no pressure in the middle cavity.
Elastic seal
The valve seat is a floating double valve seat, the outer circle is sealed by O-ring piston effect principle, and the elastic preload force behind is compensated for sealing. The parallel gate only needs to contact the sealing ring in place, and no additional force is required to seal.
Replaceable valve seat
The valve seat is installed on the valve body for floating structure, can be disassembled and replaced online, and two-way sealing.
Packing seal
Valve cover packing box adopts piston principle sealing sleeve O-ring and V-type pressure seal structure, without adjustment, opening and closing is very light, so that the valve packing performance is more reliable, solve the problem that the general valve packing is most easy to leak, and the packing sealing structure makes its opening and closing torque is far less than PE ball valve.
Dispersion function
The release pipe can be set on the left and right sides of the valve body, thereby replacing the release pipe set in the pipeline, saving cost.
Enclosed indication
The fully enclosed opening and closing indicator needle can be basically consistent with the opening and closing degree of the valve, and the operator can clearly observe the opening and closing of the valve.
Anti-corrosion measure
The surface of the valve is coated with polyurethane or polyurea, and the corrosion resistance is equal to that of the pipeline.
