Normally closed state
The hard seal of the valve disc is pressed on the seat convex, forming a hard seal, while the soft seal embedded in the valve disc and the seat end face are pressed to form a second seal, the double seal structure ensures zero leakage of the valve, and because the valve disc is opened with a balance hole, the valve disc is subjected to less force when it is closed and opened, and the valve is opened and closed with a smaller torque.
Slow pressure state
When the bottom end of the valve disc leaves the sealing surface of the seat, because the end face of the valve disc is close to the bottom edge of the cage sleeve slot, the valve disc forms a seal with the inner diameter of the cage sleeve. There is no direct vent pressure relief, so as to achieve a moderating effect.
Throttling state
When the valve disc seal leaves the seat and is further opened, the small valve disc forms a primary throttling. After slow pressure throttling, the high-speed fluid flows directly to the bottom of the valve disc and the slot of the sleeve to form a window channel, reaching a secondary throttling. Because the edge of the valve sleeve window is a throttling surface, when the high pressure medium directly washes the throttling channel, the bottom of the valve disc will produce vortex due to the change of media flow direction. The direct erosion of the valve disc by the medium is reduced, so that the valve seat seal also avoids the direct erosion of the medium. At the same time, because the sealing surface of the valve disc is conical, the dirt and impurities on the sealing surface of the valve seat can be blown away to protect the sealing surface, thus extending the service life of the valve.

When the valve disc is in the fully open state, the whole valve is in the fully empty state, and the resistance of the fluid in the valve is small, which shorts the empty time and improves the empty effect of the Fujian door.
